Please be aware that we do not operate like normal rescues. We do not use any kennels.
Phones are manned purely by a small group of dedicated volunteers.
The first port of call is to myself ( Sue Harrowell ) and you can contact me anytime
on 01529 455 623 or on 07852 965 163,
but if you are seeking to adopt we do ask you

& when you see a dog you would like,
complete an adoption form.
Please ensure that your number is not withheld & where ever possibly use, or leave,
a landline number if the voicemail is on, as we get free calls with BT to landlines.
As we are purely self funding we cannot always call back general enquiries so please
be patient and keep trying.
To respect the volunteers 'home life' we also ask that calls are made between the
hours of 10am to 4pm weekdays, but my number can be called 7 days a week, obviously
if it is an emergency then this rule does not apply.

Where again
all admin have access, should one of us
not be able to return an email within 24hrs.
If there is anyone that has a dog that requires emergency safety or taking in a dog
then the above rules do NOT apply.
We need to try & adhere to the above as we get 'general' calls at really unacceptable
hours. We are as human as the rest of you & do require a few hours sleep occasionally!!
